  Returns & Exchanges *For hygiene reasons, items must be returned in an unused and unwashed condition. *All returns should include original packaging along with tags attached. Products without tags will not be eligible for return or exchange. *Any request for return or exchange must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Requests beyond this timeframe will not be entertained. *A clear unboxing video is required to process any return or exchange request. Without this, requests may be declined. Once your request is approved, pickup will be arranged within 2–4 working days. *Items purchased during promotional sales are not eligible for refunds. *In Case of Damaged Deliveries: If your order arrives in a damaged condition or appears tampered with, please do not accept the parcel. Alternatively, you can write to us at anamyaekehsas@gmail.com with your Order ID, and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost. Refund Details *Delivery and Cash on Delivery charges (₹200 per item) are non-refundable. *Refunds will be processed only for the product value, excluding shipping charges. *All returned items undergo a quality inspection before refunds are initiated. *For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment. *Reverse Shipping If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you will be required to ship the item back to us. *A credit of up to ₹150 will be provided to cover reverse shipping expenses. *For any queries or support, feel free to get in touch with our team. Cancellation Policy *You may request to cancel your order only until it has been dispatched from our end. *Once the order is shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible, and delivery charges will remain non-refundable. *Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a complete refund of the amount paid.
