Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- Products returned without tags or original packaging will not be accepted.
- Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
- A clear and uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for all return requests.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or tampered product:
- Do not accept the parcel if the outer packaging appears damaged or tampered with.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share your Order ID along with photographs and the unboxing video for verification.
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or process the return at no additional cost.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after the returned item passes our quality inspection.
- Products purchased during promotional sales, clearance sales, or special offers are not eligible for refunds.
- Shipping charges, delivery charges, and Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
- The time required for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
