Cancellation Policy

At Anamya – Ek Ehsaas, we process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. Please review our cancellation policy before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

1. Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
2. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
3. Shipping charges, delivery charges, and COD charges are non-refundable after dispatch.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

1. Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.
2. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
3. Refund processing may take 5–7 business days.

How to Cancel an Order

To request cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible and provide:

3. Registered Mobile Number
4. Reason for Cancellation
