Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  1. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  2. All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  3. Products returned without tags or original packaging will not be accepted.
  4. Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
  5. A clear and uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for all return requests.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or tampered product:

  1. Do not accept the parcel if the outer packaging appears damaged or tampered with.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Share your Order ID along with photographs and the unboxing video for verification.

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or process the return at no additional cost.

Refund Policy

  1. Refunds are processed only after the returned item passes our quality inspection.
  2. Products purchased during promotional sales, clearance sales, or special offers are not eligible for refunds.
  3. Shipping charges, delivery charges, and Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

  1. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  2. For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
  3. The time required for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
